Pricing
Priced for your engagement - not a rate card.
Personal injury trust accounting isn't a one-size-fits-all task, and we don't price it like one. What a firm needs - and what it costs to deliver it properly - depends on the complexity and volume of the work, not the number of hours it takes.
We don't bill by the hour, for either model. Before any work begins, we assess your engagement and give you a fixed quote - so you know exactly what you're paying before you commit.
Pricing works differently depending on which solution fits your firm, so we've broken it down separately below.
Full-Service Outsourcing Pricing
Priced on complexity and volume - not hours.
We run the entire process for you, so pricing is based on the work itself: how complex your accounting is, and how much volume moves through it each month.
How We Determine Pricing
1. Complexity
How many IOLTA accounts you run, how many banks are involved, how many software systems need to stay connected, whether historical records need cleanup, and how much exception handling a matter type typically requires.
2. Volume
The number of matters, checks, and reconciliation entries processed in a given period.
Together, these two factors tell us what kind of team an engagement needs - not how many hours it might take.
Two Types of Engagements, Priced Differently
Regular Monthly Compliance
Ongoing check writing, trust reconciliation, and operating bookkeeping. Priced as a recurring monthly engagement, based on your ongoing matter volume and account complexity. This is quoted once your regular workload is understood, and typically stays stable unless your volume or structure changes materially.
Catch-Up & Cleanup Work
Backlogs, unreconciled historical records, or books that need to be rebuilt before regular monthly work can begin. Priced separately, as a fixed-scope project, based on how far back records go, how many accounts and banks are involved, and how disorganized the underlying data is.
Many firms start with a catch-up engagement, then move into regular monthly compliance once the books are current. See our case studies →
Your Own Dedicated Team - GCC (GCC) Pricing
Priced on team size and engagement stage - not hours.
Building your own dedicated team is priced differently from outsourcing, because you're not paying for output - you're paying for the team we build, staff, and (depending on the track you choose) manage on your behalf.
How We Determine Pricing
1. Team Size & Composition
How many people your dedicated team needs - a mix of preparers, reviewers, and a team lead - based on your matter volume and complexity.
2. Engagement Stage
Which of the three GCC tracks you choose, since each involves a different level of ongoing work from us.
Priced by Track
Set Up & Handover
A one-time setup fee, covering recruitment, hiring, training, and getting your India head fully capable of running the team independently. Once handover is complete, there's no ongoing fee to us - the team is fully yours.
Set Up & Manage, Then Handover
A setup fee, plus a monthly management fee for the period we run the team on your behalf (typically 6–12 months, though this varies by firm). The monthly fee covers day-to-day management, quality control, and training during this period. Once handover happens, the monthly fee ends.
Ongoing Oversight - Business Health Check
A periodic review fee, based on the frequency you want (e.g., quarterly or biannual) and the size of the team/process being reviewed. This is priced independently of the other two tracks and doesn't require us to have set up your team originally.
What You Can Count On - Across Both Models
- ✓A fixed quote before we start - for outsourcing engagements, GCC setup, and GCC management fees alike.
- ✓No hourly billing - pricing is based on scope, complexity, volume, or team size, never time spent.
- ✓Full transparency if we can't quote fixed - in rare cases, scope isn't clear enough upfront to quote fixed with confidence. If that's the case, we'll tell you directly, explain why, and agree on a clear next step before proceeding - you'll never be left guessing.
How to Get a Quote
Every quote starts with a short conversation about your firm - your current matter volume, your software setup, how many IOLTA accounts you run, and whether you're considering outsourcing, your own dedicated team, or want to explore both before deciding.
From there, we review what's needed and come back with a fixed quote for the relevant model.
