How We Determine Pricing
The number of dedicated staff assigned to your firm, their seniority levels, and the specific roles required - trust accountants, bookkeepers, check writing specialists, or a combination. Larger or more senior teams carry a higher base cost, and you only pay for what your firm's volume and service scope actually needs.
Your pricing also reflects where you are in the engagement lifecycle. The set-up and transition phase involves higher initial investment - team selection, onboarding, system integration, and process documentation. Once the team is operating, ongoing fees settle to reflect steady-state management and oversight costs rather than build costs.

One-Time Engagement FeeWe build, hire, and train your dedicated accounting team, then hand over full operational control to you. This track is suited to firms that want to own and manage their team directly once it is running. Pricing covers the full set-up process: recruitment, role design, onboarding, workflow documentation, and a structured transition period. Once handed over, there are no ongoing fees to PI Ledger.
Set Up & Manage, Then Handover
Set-Up Fee + Monthly Management FeeWe build your team and continue to manage it - handling oversight, quality control, performance management, and process compliance - for an agreed period before transferring operational control to you. This track works well for firms that want dedicated capacity but are not immediately ready to absorb full management responsibility. Monthly fees apply during the managed phase and cease at handover.
Ongoing Oversight — Business Health Check
Ongoing Monthly FeeWe build and staff your dedicated team, and continue to provide ongoing oversight, review, and quality assurance indefinitely. This includes regular business health checks on your accounting operations, compliance monitoring, and a standing escalation path to our senior team. This track is designed for firms that want the capacity and continuity of a dedicated team with the assurance of professional oversight behind it - on a long-term basis.
