1. Set Up & Handover

We build the team and your India head, then step back completely.

We recruit, train, and set up the full team - including your India-based team lead - on your systems, your policies, and your process. Once the team is running cleanly and the India head is fully capable of managing it independently, we hand over control entirely. From that point, the team reports directly to you, with no ongoing involvement from us.

Best for: Firms that want full ownership from day one and only need help with the build - recruitment, training, and setup - not ongoing management.

2. Set Up & Manage, Then Handover

We build and run the team for 6–12 months (or longer), then hand it over once it's stable.

We recruit, train, and manage the team ourselves for an agreed period - long enough for the team to be fully trained, the process to be stable, and performance to be proven. During this time, we handle day-to-day management, quality control, and issue resolution, so the team is already functioning smoothly before it becomes yours to run.

Once the team is stable and ready, we hand over management to your India head or your firm directly. The timeline is flexible - some firms are ready at 6 months, others prefer 12 or longer.

Best for: Firms that want a dedicated team of their own, but don't want to manage the early instability of building and training one from scratch.

3. Ongoing Oversight - Business Health Check

We're not managing your team day-to-day - we're checking on it.

This works whether your team was built independently, or built and handed over by us under either of the models above. Once a team is running on its own, it's easy for small process gaps to creep in over time without anyone noticing - even a team we set up and handed over ourselves.

We offer a periodic, independent review of how the team and process are actually performing, regardless of who set it up or how long ago.

This isn't a financial audit. It's a business health check - a review of process discipline, reconciliation quality, check-writing accuracy, backlog risk, and whether the team's output would hold up under Bar review. You get a clear report on where things stand, without us running any part of the operation.

Best for: Any firm with its own India team already in place - whether set up independently, or set up and handed over by us - that wants an independent, PI-specialized check on quality and risk, without handing over management.
